It isn’t just a matter of design — it’s a matter of simplicity and, dare we say, elegance. We aren’t afraid of big words, but we hate pretension, jargon and intimidation. We found that most online counseling sites (and many psychologists) attempt to sound authoritative by using a professorial tone, but they end up just being off-putting.
